As a marketing agency, Duval Marketing, LLC owns and operates numerous websites utilizing over 300 different domain names owned by Duval Marketing, LLC. This privacy policy applies to "Each and Every One" of Duval Marketing, LLC's websites / domains. Please read it carefully.

Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. The credit card information we collect is used ONLY to bill you for products you purchase. For your convenience, your information including credit card and order history is NEVER saved or stored. You may also request an autoship or recurring membership order status that will allow you to receive products on a regular / subscription basis without the need to re-enter that order every time. Duval Marketing, LLC only collect's personal identifying information required to fulfill your order. Your personal information, will NEVER be sold, rented, traded, leased, loaned or in any other way, be given to a third party. All non-financial personal information provided will be retained on our secure, cloud servers. 

Duval Marketing, LLC does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).  If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.
